Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. cheese spread (Cheese Whiz)
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, chopped and drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 Tbsp. butter.
    Stir in flour and add water. Stir until thickened.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and broccoli; pour eggs over all.
    Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
    Saute croutons in remaining butter.
    Sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
