Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, cooked, diced and cooled
    1 lb. soft cheese (Velveeta), cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large baking dish or bowl.
    Top with 1/2 pound fried bacon, crumbled, and 1/2 cup chopped olives (optional).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
