Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar in one bowl.
In a second bowl, blend eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.
In a saucepan, mix margarine, cocoa, oil and water and bring to a boil.
Blend all 3 mixtures together.
Pour in ungreased baking dish (1/2 inch deep). and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
