Elaine'S Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small heads cauliflower
    1 large red onion
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    scant 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Toss vegetables and dressing.
    Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Toss again when ready to serve.
