Day Before Payday Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
6 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Cup Oil
2 Cups Cold Water

Preparation

Mix together the first five ingredients.
Then add the last four ingredients.
Stir until mixed, then beat 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
