Chicken Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
3 c. sliced yellow squash
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 small jar pimentos
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 c. bread crumbs or Stove Top stuffing mix
1 egg
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender.
Drain.
Mix sour cream, soup and egg together.
Stir into vegetables and chicken.
Place layer of bread crumbs or stuffing in baking dish.
Fill with chicken mixture.
Top with remaining bread crumbs or stuffing. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
