Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thin spaghetti
    2 c. grated cheese
    7 to 8 slices smoked bacon or 3 to 4 smoked sausages
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    4 qt. water
    salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
    Drain and return to saucepan.
    Pour melted butter over it.
    Mix grated cheese with the spaghetti.
    Cut bacon or sausages into small pieces; add to spaghetti and cheese.
    (If sausages are too dry and hard, put them through a meat grinder.) Add cracker meal, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Beat eggs.
    Add to mixture; mix well.
