Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add food coloring and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Add salt, flour with buttermilk and vanilla.
    Alternately add soda and vanilla; do not beat hard.
    Hand mix just to blend. Bake at 350\u00b0.
