Skillet Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 (12 oz.) can Spam, cut in julienne strips or use leftover pork or beef roast (about 2 c. or more)
Preparation
    Cook onions in oleo until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Bring to boil and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes, until thickened.
