Cathy'S Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Nestle Quik
1 lb. powdered sugar
11 oz. Coffee-mate non-dairy creamer
Carnation instant powdered milk (enough for 8 qt.)

Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Store in large airtight container. Use about 1/4 cup dry mixture per mug of hot water. One recipe of this lasts about 1 winter and is fast to fix when coming inside from cold weather. It's also very creamy.
