Pumpernickel Bread Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr or Lipton Country vegetable)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together day ahead and refrigerate.
