Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. pecans
9-inch pie shell (graham cracker)
Cool Whip for topping
Preparation

Soften ice cream; mix with pumpkin and honey.
Add spices and pecans. Mix together well in large mixing bowl.
Pour into shell; freeze overnight.
Set out ten minutes before cutting.
Top with Cool Whip.
