7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco shortening
    2 sticks oleo/margarine
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour (do not use self-rising)
    3/4 c. 7-Up
    vanilla flavoring or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, Crisco and oleo.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat thoroughly.
    Add flour, 7-Up and flavoring.
    Beat for 5 minutes.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
