Persimmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) orange jello
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. persimmon pulp
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add orange and lemon juices. Chill until syrupy.
    Add persimmon pulp and chill until firm. Serve on a slice of pineapple.
