Crispy Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Layer potatoes in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, brushing each layer with butter mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
