Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
4 c. flour
1 cake yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
4 c. flour

Preparation

Mix sweet milk, sugar and Crisco together.
Put on stove and let come to a boil.
Take off and cool.
Add one yeast cake.
When yeast has dissolved, add 4 cups of flour.
Set in warm place.
Let rise until it doubles.
