Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 jar Russian dressing (low sodium, low salt)
    skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    green pepper, sliced
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Put skinless, boneless breasts in glass casserole.
    Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil; cook 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; put drained pineapple chunks and green pepper slices in; bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
