Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
salt and pepper
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. catsup
grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Halve zucchini.
Clean out pulp and seeds. Brush zucchini with melted butter.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Place cut side down in shallow baking pan.
Add a little water and cover with foil.
Bake about 20 to 25 minutes, until almost tender.
While zucchini bakes, brown meats.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add remainder of ingredients to the meat mixture.
Turn zucchini halves hollow side up.
Spoon mixture into zucchini.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
When almost done, top with Mozzarella cheese.
