Eric'S Microwave Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in 2-cup glass bowl.
    Stir in water.
    Cook on Full power 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with whisk.
    Blend in butter.
    Cook on Full power 30 to 45 seconds at a time, whisking as you go, until thick.
    Blend in vanilla.
    Makes 1 cup topping.
    Sauce thickens quickly near the end.
