Squash Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. squash, cooked and mashed
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in hot milk, pour over bread crumbs, mix well. Add to squash.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Pour in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
May cover top with buttered crumbs.
