Honey Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. biscuit baking mix
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix cornmeal, biscuit mix and baking powder in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs, honey and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into an 8-inch square microwave-proof baking dish.
Cook on 50 for 10 minutes.
Rotate dish if bread seems to be rising unevenly.
Cook on High 2 to 4 minutes or until bread tests done.
Remove from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm.
