Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil or 2 sticks butter, softened
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil or butter; stir only until dry ingredients are moist.
Stir in strawberries and nuts.
