Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. well drained blueberries
Preparation
    Using a fork, beat all ingredients in the order in which they are listed.
    Do not overbeat or overbake.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    For best results, use cupcake liners.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
