Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, oleo and brown sugar.
Add to flour mixture. Stir until blended.
Pour batter onto preheated grids of lightly greased waffle iron.
Bake about 5 to 6 minutes.
