Oat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cook oats
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar (replacement)
    1 1/3 c. powdered milk
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 mashed bananas, 2 c. drained pineapple or 2 c. cooked apples
Preparation
    Bake in one layer cake pan for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
