Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; add shortening, milk, beaten egg and coconut.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
