Green Chile Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Cheddar, grated
    2 (8 oz.) cans green chiles, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chiles, in blender until frothy.
    Stir in chopped chiles.
    Pour into buttered baking dish and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Serves 4.
