Crab Mayonnaise Mexicaine(Crab Salad With Jalapeno Chilies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat (preferably lump)
    1 c. fresh mayonnaise (see Avocado and Crabmeat Salad recipe)
    juice of 1 lime
    2 jalapeno chilies, chopped (about 1 Tbsp.)
    1/4 c. finely chopped loosely packed fresh coriander
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped chives or 2 Tbsp. finely chopped white onion
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Pick over the crab to remove any bits of shell or cartilage. Put the mayonnaise, lime juice, chilies, coriander, chives and salt and pepper to taste into a bowl.
    Add the crabmeat and toss lightly to blend without breaking up the crab lumps.
