Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
1 stick butter
Preparation

Peel potatoes; cut into strips about 1 inch thick.
Place in a 3-quart baking dish.
Mix sugar and flour together; sprinkle over potatoes.
Top with stick of butter.
Cover casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
