Wedding Punch - cooking recipe

1 qt. pineapple sherbet
1 qt. pineapple juice
3 qt. ginger ale
Preparation

When more than the minimum amount of water is used for cooking vegetables, never throw away the excess, but save this \"Pot Liquor\" as it is called.
Any vegetable (rutabaga, all greens and potatoes) may be cooked in this, with seasoning and extra water. Good with pone bread.
