Stove Top Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
5 c. water
1 c. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Boil water, oil and food coloring.
Stir in flour, cream of tartar and salt.
Let cool, then knead.
Store in covered container.
