Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. cut-up pepperoni
2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. pizza sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves (optional)
1 tsp. dried basil leaves (optional)
1 can mushrooms, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Grease a 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs in dish with a fork until batter is of uniform color (will be lumpy).
Stir in pepperoni, 1 cup cheese, green pepper, onion, oregano, basil and garlic salt.
Spread evenly.
Bake until top is light brown (about 30 minutes).
Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mushrooms and 1 cup cheese.
Bake just until cheese is melted (about 1 to 2 minutes).
