Italian Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. onion powder
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add cut up chicken to marinate 4 hours. Place on preheated grill.
Baste and turn every 15 minutes with 1/3 cup margarine and 1 teaspoon seasoning (usually 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes).
On my grill, I have best luck if I light the right burner and bake it on the left side with the lid shut.
