Wonton Soup - cooking recipe

1 pkg. wonton wrappers
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine ingredients to make filling.
Place 1/2 teaspoon filling on each wonton wrapper, slightly off center.
Fold almost in half, pressing edges together, then fold in half again.
Pull the two corners together and stick them to each other with a little water.
