Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, divided
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Spray baking pan.
    Mix flour, 1 teaspoon salt, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning.
    Coat chicken lightly.
    Dip in melted margarine.
    Put skin down in single layer.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
    Blend lemon juice, onion, pepper, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning.
    After 25 minutes of cooking, turn chicken over and spoon sauce over each piece.
    Return to oven and bake 25 more minutes.
    Serves 4.
