Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
4 oz. American cheese, cubed
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour.
Stir until dissolved.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Add cheese, stir until smooth.
Delicious when served with steamed broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cauliflower or over a baked potato. Enjoy!
