Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cold mashed potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. cheese (your choice)
salt and pepper to taste
1 small chopped onion (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until well blended. Shape or drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn to brown on all sides (may deep fry) or fry in 1/4-inch oil in skillet.
