Herb-Marinated Chicken(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. meaty chicken pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place cleaned chicken in a heavy plastic bag.
    For marinade, in a bowl combine wine, oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, onion salt and garlic.
    Pour over chicken in bag.
    Close bag and coat chicken well.
    Marinate for 5 to 24 hours in refrigerator, turning bag occasionally.
