Cheesy Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water about 30 minutes or until tender.
    Chill.
    Peel and grate potatoes; combine cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan.
    Cook over low heat until butter and cheese melt.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in onion, sour cream, salt and pepper.
