Corned Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans corned beef (12 oz.)
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3/4 can water (beef can)
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. parsley, cut up
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In frypan, place small amount of oil and place onion and pepper in.
    Fry slightly to soften.
    Add parsley, pepper, tomato paste and sugar.
    Mix and then add corned beef; break up in pieces.
    If looks a little dry, then add water to mixture gradually.
    Stir occasionally.
    Simmer, covered, 1 to 1 1/2 hours until corned beef is very fine.
    If too watery, remove lid and allow to cook down.
    Serve on buns.
