Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
2 medium onions, diced
1/2 c. chopped celery or water chestnuts
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper
Tabasco sauce (several dashes)
Preparation

Drain cooked spinach well and mix with all other ingredients. Shape into balls.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can be frozen before baking to use later.
Makes 60 to 70 balls.
