Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 (1 oz.) bottles paste red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer.
    Spray three 9-inch round cake pans with nonstick coating. Pour batter equally into 3 pans and bake 20 minutes (test for doneness).
    Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes and remove from pans to cool completely.
