Cheese And Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese or mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery
    in margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add
    milk and cook until thickened and mixture bubbles.
    Add
    spinach and cheese.\tCover and stir until cheese melts.
