Betty'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 to 6 zwieback (baby's teething toast)
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    strawberries or other fruit
Preparation
    Crush zwieback and put into 8-inch spring pan, lightly buttered.
    Set out cream cheese to soften.
    Beat 4 egg whites until stiff.
    Blend in 1 cup sugar.
    Set aside.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add egg white mixture and vanilla.
    Blend well until smooth.
    Pour into 8-inch spring pan.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and spread on top.
    Bake 5 minutes at 475\u00b0.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Turn upside down and serve with fruit.
