Beef With Snow Peas And Baby Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    6 oz. snow peas, halved lengthwise
    1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 (15 oz.) can baby corn, drained and rinsed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    salt and pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in wok or large skillet.
    Drain.
    Add garlic; cook until tender.
    Set aside.
    Wipe wok with paper towel.
    Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high.
    Add snow peas and red bell pepper; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over rice.
