Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh broccoli
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil broccoli and salt until tender.
    While broccoli boils, crush Ritz crackers with rolling pin.
    Then melt butter.
    Add melted butter to crackers in mixing bowl and mix well.
    When broccoli is done put in casserole dish.
    Cut up Velveeta and stir into broccoli.
    Add 3/4 of cracker mix, stir well.
    Sprinkle remaining cracker mix on top and pack.
    Cook 30 minutes at 300\u00b0 or 350\u00b0.
