Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oleo or butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag toffee brickle chips (sometimes called Skor)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine flour, soda and salt. Cream sugar and oleo. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly blend in dry ingredients. Blend in chips and nuts. Drop on cookie sheet. If oleo is used instead of butter, 1/2 cup more flour is needed. Oleo has quite a lot of water in it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
