Oven Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes (1 lb.)
    6 medium carrots, cut up
    1 onion
    3 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 slice bread, cut in small cubes
    1 c. liquid (beef bouillon or gravy/1 cube in water)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
