Oklahoma Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large pork chops
6 thick lemon slices
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. red wine
Preparation

Salt, pepper and brown chops on both sides.
Turn heat down to 300\u00b0.
Place a slice of lemon on each chop and pour sauce made of ketchup, brown sugar and wine over all.
Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently so brown sugar does not burn.
You can also bake in oven at 350\u00b0, covered, for the same amount of time.
Time is not critical as long as heat is low.
Delicious and even the lemon slices taste good.
This recipe will serve 6 people.
