Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 cans chicken broth (14 oz.)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 lb. frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Cream the butter and flour.
    Add chicken broth and water; bring to a boil, then add salt, pepper, mushrooms and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is done.
    Stir frequently.
